Well, it was bound to happen, my baby boy is ONE! It went by so much faster the second time around. Hudson is such a sweet little boy, and we have enjoyed this year so much! He has added so much joy to our family and I honestly can't remember what it was like before he was around. It is amazing how that happens so quickly. A few things about Hudson at one:
1. He has 6 teeth now :) (4 at his actual birthday)
2. He is ALMOST walking. When he is feeling brave he will walk all the way across the room, although crawling is still faster.
3. He is a great eater and will eat just about anything. He out eats Liam at every meal!
4. He LOVES cars and shoes! OBSESSED with shoes! He puts them on his hands and crawls around the house, it is the funniest thing.
5. He signs some... nothing like Liam did, but some of his signs are: more, dog, hat, mom, juice, all done, eat, sleep, milk. I guess he has all of the important things covered :).
6. He loves his big brother and wants to be doing whatever Liam is doing. This does not always go over well with big brother...
7. He is still taking 2 naps a day (PRAISE GOD!) and sleeping from about 8pm to 8am every night. On occasion he will be up around 7:30, but still I can't complain about that!
8. He loves making messes, or shall I say "exploring". Pulling books off of shelves, toys out of the bins, movies out of drawers, tupperware out of cabinets, it is a wonderful phase:).
9. He is 21 lbs. which is only in the 58%. That is WAY different than his brother! Liam was always in the 98% LOL.
10. He is wearing 12-18 month clothes and size 3 shoes
I know I will think of some more little facts I want to add later, but that's all for now :).
