You aren't supposed to swim with your clothes on.
I opened the door the other day to let Lucy out, and before I could catch him, Liam ran out and jumped right in the kiddy pool. He then looked and me like, "what?" is this not ok?
He loves to play in the water. I love this sequence of pictures, it is so dramatic :-)
